The Tower Club was born with an ambitious vision in mind: anything London, New York, or San Francisco could do, Ventura County could do better. This idea came from real estate developer Martin V. “Bud” Smith, who developed the space with an ambiance that’s reminiscent of the kind of private clubs found in Manhattan, London, and Rio de Janeiro. Thus, the Tower Club evolved into an exclusive site for Ventura County’s “in crowd” rivaling the best of any club in the country.

For over 25 years, Ventura County’s premier influencers have enjoyed many nights in the Tower sipping champagne and admiring the dazzling views, watching as the 20th century made way for a new millennium. But, it’s more than just a luxurious room with breathtaking scenery of the Pacific Ocean and glimmering city lights. Among all the hustle and bustle of the city, the Tower Club remains an iconic landmark and an oasis of elegance for Ventura County.

The Tower Club is now operated by Wedgewood Weddings: the nation’s largest event venue company. The Wedgewood Weddings team is committed to maintaining The Tower Club as one of the most luxurious venues in Southern California. There are popular wine and champagne tastings paired with acclaimed cuisine, world-class entertainment, and over 200 activities and special events each year.
